过错责任原则与危险责任原则的交叉关系决定了过错责任构成与危险责任构成的同时应用,两个责任构成要件均为3个:过错行为或异常危险行为、损害结果以及因果关系。归责原则仅解决"该不该"承担责任的"质"的问题,而责任构成不仅落实责任"质"的问题,更解决责任"量"的问题。归责原则的重叠适用决定了责任构成在"量"上的累积,也决定了具体责任的"量"。

The liability for fault and the liability for abnormal jeopardy should be applied to tort at the same time, which brings on that the constitution of the fault and the constitution of the jeopardy should be applied to tort at the same time too. The constitution of tort consists of the fault （or abnormal jeopardy） behaviors, damages and causality. The imputation principle answers only for the responsibility nature that the party should or should not take charge, the constitution of tort not only puts the responsibility into effect, but also answers for the responsibility amount. The imputation principles being applied at the same time may result in many constitutions of tort, thereby the responsibility amount can be ascertained.
