摘要
根据晋东南-荆门1 000 kV特高压交流试验示范工程对支柱瓷绝缘子机械、电气、耐地震等性能的要求,首次采用污耐压法对其进行了污秽外绝缘设计、耐地震计算分析和耐地震性能评价、成功地研制了结构高度10m、额定弯曲破坏负荷16kN、扭转破坏负荷10 kN.m、爬电距离30 250 mm的1 000 kV特高压工程用支柱瓷绝缘子。该支柱绝缘子由五个单元件组成,具有优良的机械强度特性、污耐压特性和耐地震能力,可运行于c级污秽等级。试验验证和运行经验皆表明研制的支柱瓷绝缘子的电气、机械特性等满足晋东南-荆门1 000 kV特高压交流试验示范工程的要求。
According to the requirements of the mechanical, electrical and anti-seismic properties of post porcelain insulator proposed by 1 000 kV UHV AC demonstration project from southeastern Shanxi province to Jingmen in Hubei province, pollution withstand voltage method is first used to design the polluted external insulation of post porcelain insulator, and the calculation analysis and the performance evaluation of anti-seismic are also carried out. Post porcelain insulator for 1 000 kV AC UHV, Whose structural height is 10m, rated bending failing load is 16 kN, torsion failing load is 10 kN.m, and creepage distance is 30 250 ram, has been developed successfully. This insulator is composed by five single elements, it has excellent mechanical, pollution withstand voltage and anti-seismic properties, so it can be used in the class e pollution area. The test and service experience show that the mechanical and electrical properties of post porcelain insulator can satisfy the requirements proposed by 1 000 kV UHV AC demonstration project from southeastern Shanxi province to Jingmen in Hubei province.
