摘要
饭店业作为一个劳动密集型的行业,人的因素在其中有着至关重要的作用。在科学发展观的指引下.从以人为本的发展观,全面的发展观,协调的发展观,可持续的发展观四个方面阐述我国饭店业在人力资源管理中的问题及对策。
Hotel is a labor-intensive industry, in which people are playing a crucial role. Under the guidance of the scientific development concept, the paper elaborates questions and countermeasures in human resources management in hotel industry from four aspects: humanist development concept, comprehensive development concept, coordinated development concept and sustainable development concept.
