With the expansion of enrollment, employment situation for higher vocational college students is becoming more and more serious. It is critical to strengthen vocational guidance in order to cope with the current complicated employment situation. On the basis of deep analysis on the current vocational guidance, the paper point out a professional team is vital to carry out diversified and individualized vocational guidance from the beginning to the end.
