摘要
《中华人民共和国刑法修正案(七)》对侵犯公民人身权利的犯罪、经济犯罪、贪污贿赂犯罪以及其他刑事犯罪的立法内容进行的修改与完善,贯彻宽严相济的基本刑事政策,彰显刑法在新时期构建和谐社会、保障人权、严惩贪污贿赂犯罪中的功能与作用,反映时代的诉求,但也存在一些需要改进的问题。
Amendment VII to the Criminal Law of the PRC, revising and improving legislation on crimes against citizens＂ personal rights, economic crimes, bribery and corruption, carries out the basic criminal policy of temper justice with mercy and shows the functions of criminal law in building harmonious society, protecting human rights and severely punishing bribery and corruption crimes in the new period. This reflects the demands of the times, but some issues still remains to be improved.
