摘要
城市火灾预测咨询系统根据灰色系统理论，为城市火灾行为提供科学、可靠分析，进行火灾预测，是有效的城市火灾预防及减灾对策的科学依据．该系统基于地理信息系统（GIS）．做到了良好的动态图型界面和人机对话环境，为政府部门、消防、房管、保险公司提供了科学防火数据．
This paper presents a consultative system of city fire forecasting. The system isbased on Grey System Theory. It provides a reliable and scicntific analysis of city fires,andalso statistically forecasts fires. Thereforc, it is an effective tool for the prevcntion andminimization of city flres. The system is based on the Geographical Information System(GIS),and has a very good dynamic picture interface and man－machine interactive environment. It provides scientific fire protection data for government departments, fire protectiondepartments, house owncrs and insurance companies, so it has significant social and economic benefits for preventing and mitigating fire losses.
