脑电生物反馈治疗中学生网络成瘾的效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察脑电生物反馈对中学生网络成瘾的疗效。方法采用脑电生物反馈治疗(每周2次,每次30min,连续8周,共16次)中学生网络成瘾,治疗前后运用中文网络成瘾量表、症状自评量表、抑郁自评量表测试和个体访谈,评估脑电生物反馈对中学生网络成瘾的作用。结果(1)脑电生物反馈治疗可提高网络成瘾中学生的脑电a波和SMR波(P<0.01),降低强迫性上网行为和戒断症状因子分(P<0.01),降低躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、其他因子和抑郁总分(P<0.01);(2)脑电生物反馈治疗未能完全矫正网络成瘾行为。结论脑电生物反馈可以减轻网络成瘾中学生的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善躯体不适、睡眠障碍,提高网络成瘾学生的心理和生理健康水平;单独使用脑电生物反馈治疗网络成瘾的疗效不确定。 Objective To assess the efficiency of electroencephalographic (EEG) biofeedback treatment in middle school students with Intemet Addiction Disorder(IAD). Methods Middle school students with IAD were intervened with EEG biofeedback treatment. The efficiency of EEG biofeedback treatment was measured with Chinese Intemet Addiction Scale-revised, Symptom Checklist-90, Self-rating Depression Scale and interview pre and post treatment. Results (1) EEG biofeedback treatment could significantly increase a and SMR brain waves, reduce craving and withdrawal symptoms and decrease somatic symptoms, depression, anxiety, other items and SDS total score of addicts. (2)The result of intervention in middle school students with IAD was that EEG biofeedback failed to correct intemet addiction behavior completely. Conclusion ( 1 ) EEG biofeedback treatment in effective on eliminating anxiety and depression, improving somatic symptoms and sleeping disorder. It can enhance mental and physical health of middle school students with IAD. (2)The effect of single EEG biofeedback treatment is uncertain in middle school students with IAD.
