Design of Automatic Verification System Based on Dynamic Signal Analyzer

针对动态信号分析仪通道数及检定项目多,采用传统手动检定误差大、错误几率高、工作效率低等问题,利用计算机及VEE Pro模块化的软件开发平台,设计开发出一套动态信号分析仪自动检定系统。该系统由仪器配置与信息记录、仪器驱动与测试控制、数据处理及打印输出三个主模块组成,测试过程采用实时测试实时显示,自动进行数据处理并存档。在实际使用中,该系统操作简便,工作效率高,人为误差小,可确保测试数据准确可靠。

The three main modules of the system including Apparatus. configuration and information record module, instrument drivers and test control module and Data processing and print output module, the testing process using real-time test real-time display, the data will be processing and archiving automatically. The practical use shows that the system is easy to operate, it can improving the working efficiency, reducing the man-made error, and ensuring the veracity of the test data.
