摘要
针对在1Cr18Ni9Ti基体上焊接Q235加热钢套中出现焊接裂缝的情况,通过对焊接材料的化学成分、力学性能及组织分析,找出生产中出现问题的根本原因,并提出具体解决方案。
The construction of beer fermentation tank consists of a 1Cr18Ni9Ti vessel with an outer casing of Q235 steel welded on it. However, welding cracks were found both during and after the welding process. By analysing the composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of the weldments, the cause of cracking is revealed. Feasible recommendations for solving the problem are suggested.
