摘要 文章以温室环境作为研究对象,介绍了温湿度数据采集系统的设计过程与仿真的实现方法。详细介绍了温湿度测量电路以及单片机外围电路的设计,软件流程及汇编语言源程序的设计。另外,在Proteus环境下结合Ke il uV ision 2将软硬件相结合,成功地实现了系统的仿真调试,并可在线演示。该方法可以提高系统的开发效率、缩短周期和降低成本,为单片机系统的开发提供了手段。结果表明,该系统可以实现温湿度数据的采集、处理、实时显示、开关量的控制输出、超限光报警及系统键盘设置等功能,温度控制精度稳定在0.1℃范围之内,湿度的误差可控制在±2.0%RH以内,达到了设计要求。 The design and simulation implementation methods of temperature and humidity data acquisition system are introduced in this paper, which takes a greenhouse as the research object. At the same time, the temperature and humidity measurement circuit, periphery circuit of single chip computer, software flow chart and the design of assemble language source program are described in detail in the paper. In addition, the virtual simulation debugging process is realized successfully by integrating the hardware and software in the Proteus and the Keil uVision2 environments, and can be demonstrated online. This method is proved to be an effective means which raised the development efficiency, reduced the cycle time and saved costs. Results verify that it is possible to realize many functions of the system, such as temperature and humidity data acquisition, data processing, displaying on real-time, the output of switching value, optic alarm, and the keyboard operation and so on. The temperature control accuracy can be controlled in 0.1℃ , and the humidity can be controlled in ± 2.0% RH very well. It verifies that the system has met the requirements.
