摘要
高位自卸汽车可以分为车身,前后车轮,前后车轮轴,钢架,车厢,举升杆件,翻转杆件,液压泵,移动滑块等部分。为了验证该设计能否满足将车厢举升到一定高度后再倾斜车厢卸货的运动,本文应用ADAMS/VIEW软件对设计的高位自卸汽车进行了运动仿真分析,以验证设计的高位自卸汽车的结构是合理的。
The high position dump truck is made up of the automobile body, around wheel, around axle tree, steel frame, compartment, lifting member, turn over member, hydraulic pump, motion slide and so on. In order to test whether this design satisfies the motion of the compartment to lift to a certain height and then to incline and unload the cargo, the ADAMS/VIEW software is applied to carry on the movement simulation analysis of the high position dump truck, so as to confirm the design of the high position dump truck structure is reasonable.
