摘要
介绍了压水堆核岛主设备典型材料及结构、焊接材料选用原则及典型焊接工艺,重点介绍了窄间隙焊接技术的特点及其在核岛主设备焊接中的应用,并针对实际焊接中易产生的焊接缺陷提出了预防措施。
The materials and structure,the technical requirements of welding materials,the typical welding process including the narrow gap SAW technology for the main mechanical componments of PWR nuclear islands was introduced in this paper,and the preventive measure for the welding defects was advanced.
