摘要
对国产锅炉及压力容器用SA-299特厚钢板进行了力学性能和热处理工艺性能以及焊接工艺性能的试验研究。研究结果表明,国产SA-299特厚板常温力学性能能够满足标准要求,但高温力学性能低于标准要求。为了提高材料的综合力学性能,国产钢板应适当提高碳、锰含量。
Researeh the mechanical properties,process properties of heat treatment and welding of homemade super-thickness SA-299 steel alloy used for boiler and pressure vessel.The results show that the in ambient temperature properties of homemade super-thickness SA-299 steel meet the requirement of specification,but the high temperature properties are under the requirement of specification.h is necessary to increase the content of carbon and manganese in order to increase the content of the properties of homemade super-thickness SA-299 steel.
