摘要
主要研究固溶处理对新型奥氏体不锈钢(ASMECODECASE2328-1)焊接接头性能的影响。采用光学显微镜观察和分析了焊缝的显微组织;采用拉伸试验机、弯曲试验机测试了焊接接头的机械性能。结果表明:经过固溶处理后,硬度下降,常温抗拉强度提高,高温抗拉强度下降,抗腐蚀能力明显增强。
The effects of solution treatment on welded joint of new type austenitic steel were investigated in this article,optical microscopes were used to observe and analyze the microstructure,tensile and bend testing machines were used to test mechanical properties of welded joint.Results showed that the hardness and the evaluated temperature tensile property of the welded joint is decrease, but the room temperature tensile property is higher and the corrosion resistance property is improved by solution treatment.
