摘要
UP树脂固化温度是随时间变化的,这个变化的关系,目前尚无数学表达式;本文通过数值分析中的曲线拟合的方法来找到相应的函数表达式;实际工作中,我们可以应用这个表达式来定量求出放热面积,对树脂固化的最终强度、硬度、收缩等远期性能作超前的定量的比较。
The solidification temperature of UP resin changes when time changes.As for the relation between them, at present a mathematic formula can′t be found.I have found a corresponding functional formula by using quasi conjunction of a winding line, which is one of numerical value analysis.In our practical work, we can apply it to quantify exothermic area.And we can also apply it to compare quantitatively the last intensity, hardness and contraction of resin solidification.
