摘要
电子标签是RFID(射频识别)技术在物流方面的应用。标签芯片按功能可以分为模拟前端、数字控制和存储单元3个部分,其中模拟前端起着至关重要的作用。针对无源标签低功耗和低成本的特点,主要介绍了一种新的模拟前端中模拟电源和数字电源两种产生电路,并对其进行了仿真,仿真结果表明了两种电源电路的正确性与可行性。
Electronic tags are the applications of RFID(radio frequency identification) technology in logistics.Tag chip can be divided into analog front-end,digital control and storage unit according to the functions,and the analog front-end plays a vital role.The analogue power supply and digital power supply generating circuits in a new analog front-end were mainly introduced for the passive tags' low-power wastage and low-cost characteristics,and a simulation of the analog front-end was carried out,the correctness and feasibility of the two power supply circuits are testified according to the simulation results.
