对于党组织的建设,中共革命的理念是要在彻底砸碎旧的传统的基础上,重建一个无产阶级的组织基础。实际上传统是无法摆脱的,革命只好在传统本身中进行。苏维埃基层政权实际上处处都可能露出旧世界的痕迹,所构筑的革命文化、观念体系也异常模糊不清,充满着新与旧的矛盾和逻辑上的混乱。江西苏维埃运动时期,中共就是一直在两难中应承着这种局面。

Regarding Party organization＇s construction, Chinese Communist Party used to make revolutionizes on the proletariat organization foundation by breaking old traditional thoroughly. But, the tradition in fact is unable to be got rid of and the revolution has to be carried on the tradition itself. The omnipresent tradition like spider web＇s rope, ties up revolutionary＇s hands and feet stubbornly. Finally, they established the new political power which spent the tremendous strength, in fact everywhere possibly to reveal Old World trace. They deliberately construct the revolutionary culture and the idea system which exceptionally also fuzzy , filling new and old contradiction and the logical confusion. In fact, by the Jiangxi Soviet movement time, the Chinese Communist Party has been accepting this kind of aspect in a dilemma.
