摘要
采用化学分析、XRD、光学显微镜分析等方法,较系统地研究了R2O、R2SO4对硅酸盐水泥熟料烧成、矿物组成、晶体结构的影响。结果表明:R2O易形成固溶体KC23S12和NC8A3,其中K2O主要固溶在C2S中,形成KC23S12,使fCaO急剧升高;Na2O主要固溶在C3A中,形成NC8A3,fCaO有所增加。R2SO4降低了熟料烧成的液相粘度,对熟料烧成有利,fCaO含量很低。R2O和R2SO4都使A矿含量降低,晶体尺寸增大。
The influence of R 2O,R 2SO 4 on clinker sintering, the mincral composition and crystal structure was studied by chemical analysis XRD and optical microscope.The results show that KC 23 S 12 and NC 8A 3 can be formed easily on R 2O conditions.K 2O solves into C 2S mainly to form KC 23 S 12 to result in a much increase of f CaO , Na 2O solves into C 3A mainly to form NC 8A 3 to result in a slight increase of f CaO .R 2SO 4 result in the decrease of liquid viscosity and clinker sintering easily and lower content of f CaO .Both R 2O and R 2SO 4 can result in the decrease of C 3S and increase of the size of alite.
