DFA House法的改进及在某产品DFA分析中的应用

摘要 本文对传统的DFAHouse法进行了改进,把零件的定向特性、合适的抓取表面、装配后是否需要调整取向、过定位和多面接触这五种情况也作为评价产品装配友好性的指标纳入产品的DFA分析之内,使改进后的DFAHouse法更全面地反映出零部件的装配特性,增强了DFAHouse法引导设计者进行产品零部件再设计的功能.作者在某产品机器人化柔性自动装配线的研究中用改进后的DFAHouse法对该产品进行了DFA分析,大大地改善了各零部件的装配友好性,降低了该产品的装配成本,证实了本方法非常有效. This paper presents a new DFA House method improved by taking into account a component's clear orientation characteristics, proper gripper surfaces, orientation after insertion, redundant constraints and redundant connecting surfaces. The new DFA House method can indicate the assembly properties of the components of a product in a more comprehensive way than the traditional one. The function of this new DFA House guiding designers to redesign a product is enhanced. This new method has been applied to redesign a product for robotic assembly. As a result, the assembly friendliness of the components of the product is improved greatly and the assembly cost of the product is reduced greatly. The improved DFA House method has proved effective in the product design for robotic assembly case.
