摘要
在氧化法制备胶体Sb2O5的过程中,分析了影响胶体Sb2O5粒径大小和分布的因素.选用适当的稳定剂,可控制胶粒粒径在100nm以下,降低反应温度和增大氧化剂用量可使粒径分布均匀.较低的反应温度有利于得到较小粒径的胶粒.
The factors influencing the size and distribution of colloid Sb 2O 5 particle are discussed in the process of preparing colloid Sb 2O 5 with oxidation method. The experimental results show that the diameter of colloidal particle can be controlled to less than 100 nm in the presence of appropriate stabilizer. A even distribution of particle size is obtained by reducing reaction temperature and raising the quantities of oxidant. A lower temperature is favorable for acquiring smaller Sb 2O 5 particles.
