介绍了云能天集体观测的主要内容,结合多年的工作实践经验,对集体观测中应注意的事项进行分析,以期为地面测报工作提供参考。
The main contents of collective observation of cloudy, veisbility and weather were introduced.Basing on the practical experience for many years, the points for attention of collective observalion were analyzed to offer reference for ground observation.
