摘要 "莫拉克"台风侵袭台湾,造成了严重的经济和人员损失伤亡。为了在洪灾后及时开展救援工作,尽快恢复通信系统是至关重要的。根据应急通信的特殊性和要求,在分析了认知无线电关键技术的基础上,建立了一个基于认知无线电技术的通信模型,提出了解决灾后通信线路拥堵并提高频谱利用率低下的新思路。详细介绍了三种频谱感知的方法:匹配滤波检测、能量检测、周期平稳过程特征检测。认知无线电技术的研究为灾后应急通信建设提供了新的思考模式和技术前景。 "Molake" typhoon made a sneak attack Taiwan, causing severe economic and human losses casualties. It is very important to recover communication system after disaster to timely start rescue operation. Based on the analyses of the key technology in Cognitive Radio (CR), Communication model on the CR was built. A new thinking was proposed to improve the communication efficiency and promote the utilization efficiency of frequency spectrum. In this paper, we have introduced three method in spectrum sensing, namely matching filter detection way, energy detection way and cyclostationary feature detection process. New think mode and technical prospects for emergency communication after disaster have suggested through the study on CR.
