摘要
目的:探讨通过护理干预防止妇科术后发生下肢深静脉栓塞。方法:做好手术前后的健康教育,通过机械性干预促进下肢血液回流,加强术后观察及出院指导,必要时给予药物的预防。结果:通过护理干预,对术后易发生下肢深静脉栓塞的高危患者做到早预防、早发现、早治疗,降低了栓塞发生率。结论:采取护理综合干预措施,对防治妇科术后发生深静脉栓塞有一定应用价值。
Objective： To discuss the nursing intervention for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limb after gynecolog- ic operation. Method： To accomplish the preoperation health education, mechanically intervention to promote blood back--flow- ing, strengthen postoperative observation and exit--hospital guidance, and give drug intervention if necessary. Result： The inci- dence rate of thrombosis was decreased through nursing intervention. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention meas- ures has certain application value for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limb after gynecologic operation.
