Research on Modern Distance Education Application

远程教育是随着现代通信技术和信息处理技术的发展而产生的一种以多媒体交互为主的新型教育模式.它突破了传统学校教育在时间和空间上的限制,有效的发挥各种教育资源优势,实现教育资源的共享.这种教育模式逐渐成为构筑知识经济时代人们终身学习体系的主要手段.本文对现代远程教育的特征、内涵、发展方向以及相关技术进行综合论述.通过分析某大学硬软件资源,教学对象,网络环境,设计出基于三网融合的实时交互远程教育系统.

With multimedia and interaction as its main characteristic, modern distance education is a new type of teaching mode which utilizes modern network communication technology and information processing technology. The modern distance education has broken through the restriction on the time and space of traditional education and realized a wide range resource share in educational field, and this mode has advanced the process of continuing education and whole-life education developing. This paper gives a systematic and comprehensive review of distance education development and introduces the situation. At last, by making a research of hardware and software resources, student and network environment of a university, a distance education system based on the three nets integration concept is designed.
