摘要 通过建立钢包衬体材料的传热模型,对采用两种不同材料砌筑永久层的钢包进行了温度场数值模拟和节能计算。结果表明,当钢包永久层材料由低水泥浇注料改为轻质隔热耐火砖后,钢包工作层与永久层交界面处温度升高,工作层温度梯度减小,永久层温度梯度增加,外表面温度降低、散热减少。与采用低水泥浇注料相比,采用轻质隔热耐火砖砌筑永久层的钢包,由于其外表面散热的减少,每小时可以节能1 166 400 kJ,折合标准煤为39.9 kg。 This paper simulates and calculates the temperature field of two permanent lining materials, lightweight insulating bricks and low-cement castable, by creating the heating diffusion model of ladle lining material. It is found that, when the permanent lining material is insulating bricks, the temperature at the interface of working lining and permanent lining increases, the temperature gradient of working lining decreases, the temperature gradient of permanent lining increases, the temperature of the ladle shell is obviously reduced, and the heat loss at the ladle shell falls down. By using the light- weight insulating bricks as the permanent lining, the heat loss reduced is 39.9 kg/h, that is, the energy-saving effect is significant.
