稻壳热解油及其酯化产物的GC/MS分析

摘要 以酸性树脂作为催化剂,采用CH3OH和C2H5OH分别对稻壳热解油(RHPO)进行催化酯化反应,用正己烷、CCl4、CS2、苯和CH2Cl2分别萃取酯化前后的稻壳热解油,并采用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)对稻壳热解油进行表征。结果表明,稻壳热解油在苯中的可溶性最好,但其可溶物中酯类成分含量较低;CH3OH对有机酸的酯化效果优于C2H5OH;在稻壳热解油所检测的成分中,酚类含量最高,其次为酮类和烃类。通过对酯化产物的分析,推测稻壳热解油中可能含有有机酸。 With acidic resin as catalyst, CH3OH and C2H5OH were employed, respectively, for the catalytic esterification of oil obtained from pyrolysis of rice hull. The oils, namely, before and after esterification, were extracted with hexane, tetrachloride carbon, carbon disulfide, benzene and dichloromethane. The extracts were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The results show that, benzene gives the best performance for the total extraction among the solvents test in the individual experiments, especially for phenols, but not for esters. Methanol is more effective than ethanol for organic acids in esterification. Phenols are most abundant in the detected components, followed by ketones and hydrocarbons. By comparing esters in the esterification products of methanol and ethanol, several organic acids are identified in the oil.
