摘要
国家宏观政策、教育体制、大学生个人等多个层面造成了当前大学生就业难的局面。这就需要从多个纬度进行分析,实行以就业为中心的经济增长模式,规范大学生就业市场,鼓励大学生走自主创业之路,继续进行高校改革,创新高校人才培养模式,加强就业指导培训体系建设,以期大学生就业问题得到有效缓解。
The state maeroseopical policy, educational system, students and other individuals contribute to the current level of the difficuh e, ployment situation of university students. This requires an analysis from multiple latitude and implement employment -centered model of economic growth, regulates the college students employment market, encourages college students to tske the road of independent innovation, continues the reform of uiversities,innovationg and university personnel training and the strengthening of careers guidance Training System,with a view to effectively alleviate the problem of employment of university students and governance.
