GY/T 220.8-2008规定了中国移动多媒体广播(CMMB)复用器的技术要求以及相应的测量方法。CMMB复用器PMS码率检测仪用于检测复用器输出的PMS码率是否符合标准要求。并采用测量结果比对的方式,验证PMS码率检测仪测量结果的准确性和可信性。

This paper provides China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting （CMMB） multiplexer technical requirements and the measurement methods in GY/T 220. 8-2008. The CMMB multiplexer PMS rate monitor is used for detecting whether the PMS output rate of multiplexer complies with the standard. And then comparing measurement results verifies the accuracy and credibility of PMS Rate Monitor.
