摘要
介绍了一次二阶矩理论的基本原理及斜坡稳定性概率评价中的应用，论述了斜坡可靠指标、破坏概率和安全系数的关系。
The basic principle and application to assessing slope stability of the first_order second_moment are introduced. The relations between reliability index, failure probability and the factor of safety are stated with an application example presented.
