摘要
在综述了我国新闻出版体制改革形势的基础上,联系科技期刊实际,指出科技期刊改革势在必行,提醒办刊人要认清形势,在改革的决胜年中积极主动地寻求适合自己所办期刊的改革与发展模式,攻坚克难,锐意进取,争当改革的"弄潮儿"。
This paper reviews the situation of press and publication system reform in China.As the reality of our national sci-tech periodicals is concerned,we point out that the reform of sci-tech periodicals should be carried out in the near future.It is crucial for our journal publishers to recognize the situation confronted,and manage to explore the reform and development ways that are convenient for the journal we ourselves serve for.Acting as the reformer,it is imperative for us to try hard and overcome any difficulties if possible,and to keep striving to make more and more progress.
