中国共产党执政方式的历史变迁与改革方向——国家、政党、社会三者关系视角下的理性分析

The Historical Change and the Direction of Reformation about the Governing Way of Communist Party of China:The Perspective of Rational Analysis among Nation,Political Parties and Society

新中国成立60年来,中国共产党对中国国家权力的执政方式经历了众多变化,从国家、政党、社会三者关系的角度分析党的执政方式,可以把中国共产党执政方式的变迁划分为两个重要阶段:建国以来到改革开放以前、改革开放以后。面对新的国内外形势,从国家、政党、社会三者"应然"关系中我们可以得到启示:中国共产党必须不断调整执政方式,在"科学执政、民主执政、依法执政"的轨道上不断走向成熟。

The new China was founded 60 years ago; the governing styles of the Chinese Communist Party have undergone many changes. The view of the relationship among nation, political parties and society about the party＇s governing styles, the time of the historical change of the governing way of Communist Party of China is divided into two important phases： from the founding of new China to the reform and opening up, after the re- form and opening up to now. For face up to the new domestic and international situation, we can get inspiration from the ＂should be natural＂ relationship of state, political parties, social： the governing way of Communist Party of China must continue to adjust to ＂scientific governance, democratic governance, according to law＂ .
