城市化进程中失地农民就业问题研究——以浙江省杭州市为例

Employment Issues for Land-deprived Peasants in the Process of Urbanization:Tanking Hangzhou City as an Example

城市化进程的加快导致了失地农民大量增加,解决失地农民就业难问题是关系到民生的重要问题。分析杭州城市化进程中失地农民就业现状以及影响失地农民就业的制约因素,探索促进失地农民就业的对策思路,缓解失地农民就业压力,促进杭州城市化进程和经济社会持续协调发展。

The accelerated urbanization led to a substantial increase of Land-deprived peasants, employ- ment problem for those Land-deprived peasants is important and relating on the people＇s livelihood issues. This article analyses the current situation of employment for the Land-deprived peasants and the constraint elements which affected employment for them, explores the countermeasures for promoting employment and release the employment pressure. Those methods would promote the urbanization process and realizes economy and social harmoniously developing in Hangzhou.
