摘要 弧齿锥齿轮齿面线是设计和加工的重要几何要素,同时也是弧齿锥齿轮机床设计(包括格里森制式和奥利康制式)的重要出发点之一.从节圆锥面上节线的基本定义出发,结合格里森制式弧齿锥齿轮的加工原理,推导出单个弧齿锥齿轮的节线方程,并定量证明了一对相互啮合的弧齿锥齿轮节线在转动过程中是连续接触的.为弧齿锥齿轮接触轨迹方向的研究及接触状态的分析提供了一种方法. The tooth facial line of spiral bevel gears is the key geometric element in design and manufacture, and meantime it is one of the crucial considerations in design of spiral bevel gear machining tool. This paper began with the basic definition of pitch lines, and by combining the machining principle of Gleason spiral bevel gears; the pitch line equation of single spiral bevel gear was deduced. The conclusion that the pairing two pitch lines of spiral bevel gear contacted continuously during transmission was quantitatively proved. It provides a method for researching contact track and contact state of spiral bevel gears.
