摘要
对某发动机加强板零件进行分析,通过计算及运用相关软件确定其展开尺寸.对弯曲成形模具凹、凸模工作部分运用CAE技术进行设计,并用Mastercam软件来模拟加工,加工时合理选择铣刀与参数设置,可得到较为理想的走刀路线.这样可获得凹、凸模的详细加工过程平面录像,同时可设计出模具的总装图及零件图.
By analyzing the reinforced sheet parts on a certain engine, the developed dimension is determined by calculation and related software. The working parts of cavity and punch dies for bending deforming were designed by CAE, and Mastercam is used to simulate their machining. The milling cutters and the parameters should be reasonably selected to achieve the optimal cutter moving route. Finally, the 2D video of their machining process with details were obtained and meantime the assembly drawing of the mould and drawings of the parts can also gained.
