心肌肥厚时延迟性整流钾电流研究进展

摘要 心肌肥厚是心肌长期负荷过度引起的一种适应性病理改变,其心肌细胞的变化,不仅是细胞体积增大的过程,也伴有心肌细胞离子通道、离子流及膜电位的变化,肥厚心肌细胞这种电生理特性的改变称为电重构。心肌肥厚最突出的电重构表现是动作电位复极延长,它是产生各种心律失常的电生理学基础。
