摘要
针对除尘设备中的90°圆截面弯曲管道,从不可压缩雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方程出发,建立了除尘管道内计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真模型.采用Realizable k-ε双方程湍流模式,应用控制容积法和结构化网格进行离散,并在近壁区采用标准的壁面函数法修正,完成了管道内湍流流场评价指标的数值模拟.
For the 90°circular-section bend pine of the dust removal equipment, a computational fluid dynamic (CFD) model is established on the basis of the incompressible Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations. The numerical simulation of the evaluation index for flow field characteristics in pipeline is achieved by using the Realizable k-ε turbulence model, and by applying the control volume method and the structured grid for performing discretization and standard wall function for modification in the near-wall region.
