锅炉受热面钢材离子硼钼共渗后耐磨性能试验研究

摘要 研究了电厂锅炉受热面常用合金钢12Cr1MoV表面离子硼钼共渗处理后,在300~450℃的耐热态飞灰冲蚀磨损性能.试验结果表明:经离子硼钼共渗处理后的12Cr1MoV耐磨性能有所提高,并且其磨损规律仍呈现热态规律.用电镜扫描(SEM)和辉光放电光谱分析仪对试件进行渗层分析表明,试件表面渗层的元素组成及其含量对材料耐磨性能有较大的影响. The anti hot fly-ash erosion capability of the heat-treated 12Cr1MoV alloy with ion boron-molybdenizing, in the temperature range of 300 - 450℃ is studied. The test results show that with boron-molyhdenizing its anti-erosion capability is better and its relative erosion rate decreases compared with the untreated 12Cr1MoV. The heat-treated 12Cr1MoV alloy with ion boron- molybdenizing still has the hot state erosion regularity, namely, the erosion rate decreases at first as the temperature rises, and then increases after the specific temperature. The analysis with SEM and Glow Discharge Spectrometric shows that the quantity of boron and titanium can remarkably influence the anti-erosion capability of the heat-treated alloy.
