摘要
用液相还原法以CoCl2和H2PtCl6为前驱体制备不同Pt-Co配比的Pt-Co/C纳米催化剂,应用于直接甲醇燃料电池阳极反应中.将所制纳米催化剂负载在玻碳电极上,通过电化学循环伏安法和计时电流法对所制备不同配比的纳米催化剂进行甲醇催化氧化活性及稳定性测试.研究结果表明:在酸性介质中,前驱体配比为Pt∶Co=2∶1的Pt-Co/C催化剂具有最佳的催化活性、稳定性和抗CO中毒能力.
The electrocatalytic activity of Pt-Co/C bimetallic nanoparticles towards Methanol oxidation is explored by cyclic vohammetry of the nanoparticles supported on Glass-carbon electrode. The particles are prepared by immersion-reduction method from a bath of mixed concentrations of CoCl2 and HEPtC16. The activity of the bimetallic particles is found to be maximized when the atom ratio Pt: Co is 2: 1. Moreover, Pt-Co/C with the Pt: Co composition of 2:1 has much more stabilization of methanol oxidation and tolerance CO poisoning.
