Synthesis and Purification of Alkyl Imidazole-based Ionic Liquids Using Microwave

摘要 采用微波辐射方法利用溴代正丁烷和N-甲基咪唑快速合成中间体[Bmim]Br,根据总反应时间和反应间歇时间的不同,设计了5种实验方案,并用两种不同的方法提纯,再经过3条不同的阴离子交换路径,得到最终产物离子液体[Bmim]BF4.采用红外光谱确认了产物的结构,经伏安循环曲线检测了产物的纯度.实验还发现,采用无水方法提纯[Bmim]Br粗产物更方便快捷. Intermediates [ Bmim ] Br are rapidly synthesized using n-butane bromide and N-methyl imidazole with microwave. According to the differences of the total reaction time and interval time, five experimental programs and two purification ways are designed. After anion-exchange, intermediates are conversed into ionic liquid [ Bmim ] BF4 through 3 different ways. Finally, the structure of ionic liquid( [ Bmim] BF4) is confirmed by infrared Spectroscopy data, and the purity of ionic liquid is detected by Cyclic voltammogram.
