摘要
目前,昆明市民办幼儿园师资状况不尽如人意,教师的专业发展问题令人堪忧。过低的从教资格门槛、缺乏稳定中坚的教师队伍、教师专业能力欠缺、职业满意度低,教育信仰缺失、待遇过低等因素严重阻碍了民办幼儿园教师专业成长,制约着昆明市民办幼儿教育又好又快发展。要改善这一状况还需政府、幼儿教育管理者及幼儿教师自身三方面的共同努力。
Currently,teachers at private kindergartens in Kunming are not as qualified as required and it's worrying in the professional development of those teachers. The factors that low standards of the qualification for the kindergarten teachers,lack of a qualified teacher team, lack of professional ability, low satisfaction of the career, lack of educational belief and low payment are the serious obstacle to the professional promoting of the teachers in the private kindergarten and the limitation of preventing private kindergarten from developing fast and well. It's necessary for the government, children education managers and kindergarten teachers themselves to make great efforts to get it better.
