摘要
针对同时拥有制造和再制造的企业,研究了返回补偿的回收策略对库存管理的影响,给出了具有两条补充渠道(正向渠道和再制造逆向渠道)库存系统。首先,在返回补偿价格影响产品返回概率的条件下,建立了单产品多周期随机库存模型;然后,在系统收益期望值最大的目标下,得到了正向渠道库存补充的最优策略结构;最后,对最优决策进行了参数分析。
The effects of the return payment on inventory markagement were studied for a joint manufacturing and remanufacturing system. An inventory system was proposed that has two replenishment channels including a forward channel and a remanufacturing channel. First, a single-product multi-period stochastic inventory model was formulated under the assumption that the return pay- ment policy influences the probabihty of the quantity of the product returns. Then the optimal inventory replenishment policy was de- rived to maximize the expected profit of the system. Finally, numerical examples were provided for parameter analysis.
