摘要
因装配序列规划可以根据零件的装配方向及其方向上的干涉情况运用优化算法自动生成,然而零件的装配方向不易自动得到。基于B-rep面模型及零件间的面接触特性,提出了一种自动识别和提取零件装配方向的新方法,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。
Assembly sequence planning can be generated automatically with an optimization algorithm according to the assembly direction of parts and their interference on this direction. The problem is that it is difficult to get the assembly direction automati- cally. Based on the B-rep model and surface contact characteristics among parts, a new method that could identify and extract assembly direction of parts was proposed. The effectiveness of this method was verified with an example.
