介绍硫酸装置干吸塔用XDS特种不锈钢管槽式分酸器的结构、材料及应用情况。该分酸器采用宣达集团的XDS特种不锈钢制作,无需阳极保护;在结构上采用节流与溢流两级分酸,以保证分酸均匀性。该分酸器已在硫酸装置中用于干吸塔和低温位热能回收系统,使用效果良好。
XDS specialty stainless steel tube-trough type acid distributor is described with respects to its structure, material of construction and application. The distributor is made of Xuanda Group＇ s XDS specialty stainless steel without applying anodic protection. It is designed to distribute acid in two stages, restricted flow stage and overflow stage, to ensure acid even distribution. The distributor has been used in drying and absorption towers and low-level heat recovery systems in sulphuric acid plants with good results.
