摘要
探讨了硫磺的物理性质,论述了利用集肤效应伴热技术及分布式光纤温度传感技术安全输送液硫的基本特点。这两种技术的结合为液硫管道提供了先进的伴热设计,大大改进了再熔融过程的安全性和可靠性。作为一种热信息采集工具,光纤技术不仅能对正常运行期间液硫管道的热点和冷点进行实时识别,而且可大大增强试车和开车阶段的故障排除能力。
The physical properties of sulphur is explored and the basic features of safe pipeline transport of liquid sulphur employing skin effect heating with fibre optic distributed temperature sensing technology is presented. The combination of these technologies provides an advanced heating design for liquid sulphur pipeline and immensely improves the safety and reliability during re-melt. As a thermal intelligence gathering tool, fibre optic technology greatly enhances the troubleshooting efforts during pre-comminssioning and commissioning stages of sulphur pipeline and provides real time identification of hot or cold spots during normal operation.
