简述我国高压交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘电力电缆及其绝缘料的市场情况,以国产商品化中压XLPE电缆的绝缘料为基准,分析国内外高压XLPE电缆绝缘料及其制品的绝缘性能,介绍了新上化高分子材料有限公司高压XLPE电缆绝缘料国产化的研发过程。

In this paper, the Chinese market of HV XLPE cables and the related insulation compounds are briefly presented. Based on the homemade MV XLPE insulation compound, the dielectric performance of the HV XLPE insulation compound and its products at home and abroad are analized. Finally, the process of R ＆ D for the localized production of the HV XLPE insulation compound produced by New ShangHua Polymer Materials Co. , Ltd is introduced.
