摘要
介绍了一种基于光纤干涉仪结构的分布式光电复合海底电力电缆(简称光电复合海缆)安全防护系统。系统利用已敷设好的光电复合海缆中4根光纤实现事件信号采集,结合现代信号处理技术,可对有威胁事件进行预警、报警及定位。系统提供了从获取威胁事件信号到发出各类报警信息的安全防护整体解决方案。现场试验证明系统误报率小于1%,漏报率小于0.1%,对紧急事件的定位精度达到100m,对事件响应时间小于1s,可以满足光电复合海缆安全防护的可靠性和实时性要求。
A distributed safety system based on fiber interferometer for composite submarine power cables with optic fiber (short as composite submarine cable) is presented. The system collects event signals by the four fibers in the installed composite submarine cable. The collected signals will be processed by the modern signal processing tech- nique. As a result, pre-alarm and alarm will be sent for threatening events and their location will be determined. The system provides an all-around safety solution from collecting threatening events to sending all kinds of alarms. Field test demonstrated that the error-alarm rate is less than 1%. fail-alarm rate is less than 0.1% , location accuracy of emergency event is 100 meters and response time is less than 1 second. These data satisfy the requirements of reliability and real-time response of the safety system for composite submarine power cables with optic fiber.
