12种广东地产清热解毒药的镇痛作用实验研究

Experimental Studies on Analgesic Effects of 12 Guangdong Native Heat-clearing and Detoxicating Herbs

目的比较12种广东地产清热解毒药水提物在同一剂量(16 g/kg)的镇痛作用,为临床广泛应用提供可靠的实验依据。方法采用醋酸扭体法和热板法观察这12种清热解毒药的镇痛作用。结果小鼠连续7 d灌胃给予药物16 g/kg,其中三角草、岗梅根、救必应、山芝麻、青天葵、火炭母均能明显减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体反应次数,并使热刺激所致小鼠疼痛的痛阈值明显提高,三丫苦、蛇鳞草能明显减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体反应次数,救必应能显著延长醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的的潜伏时间,金盏银盘使热刺激所致小鼠疼痛的痛阈值明显提高。结论三角草、三丫苦、岗梅根、救必应、山芝麻、青天葵、蛇鳞草、火炭母对外周性疼痛有镇痛作用,三角草、青天葵、救必应、岗梅根、山芝麻、金盏银盘、火炭母对中枢性疼痛有镇痛作用。

Objective To compare the analgesic effect of water - solubility extracts of 12 Guangdong heat - clearing and detoxicating herbs at the same dose （16 g/kg）, and to provide the dependable experiment basis for widely clinical application. Methods Hot plate test and the acetic acid writhing test were used to observe the analgesic effect of 12 Guang- dong heat - clearing and detoxicating herbs. Results The extracts were given to mice intragastrically at the dose of 16 g/ kg for 7 continuous day. Chlorophytum laxum R. Br, Ilex asprella （ Hook. et Am. ） Champ. ex Benth＇. , Ilex rotunda Thunb. , Helicteres angustifolia L. , Nervilia plicata （Andr.） Schltr. , Polygonum chinense L. can reduce the writhing response times induced by acid, and markedly raise pain - threshold induced by heat stimulation in mice. Melicope pteleifolia （champ. ex Benth. ） T. G. Hartley, Abacopteris triphylla （Sw..） Ching can significant reduce the writhing response times induced by acid in mice, Ilex godajam （Colebr.） Wall can significantly prolonge the latency of writhing response induced by acid in mice, Bidens biternata （ Lour. ） Merr. et Scherff. can markedly raise pain - threshold induced by heat stimulation in mice. Conclusion Chlorophytum laxum R. Br, Melicope pteleifolia （champ. ex Benth. ） T. G. Hartley, Ilex asprella （Hook. et Am. ） Champ. ex Benth. , Ilex rotunda Thunb. , Helicteres angustifolia L. , Nervilia plicata （Andr.） Schltr. , Abacopteris triphylla （ Sw. ） Ching, Po laxum R. Br, Nervilia plicata （ Andr. ） Schltr. ygonum chinense L. has analgesic effect fon Ilex rotunda Thunb. , Ilex asprella （Hook. Helicteres angustifolia L. , Bidens biternata （ Lour. ） Merr. et Scherff. ,Polygonum chinense peripheral pain, Chlorophytum et Am. ） Champ. ex Benth. , L. has analgesic effect on central pain.
