摘要
目的采用毛细管气相色谱法测定砂仁中乙酸龙脑酯的含量,建立砂仁质量控制体系。方法以水杨酸甲酯为内标,弹性石英毛细管柱SUPELCOWAXTM-10(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)为固定相,氮气为载气,FID检测器。结果在该色谱条件下,乙酸龙脑酯对照品浓度在0.1972~1.1832 mg/ml之间与乙酸龙脑酯峰面积和水杨酸甲酯峰面积的面积比呈良好的线性关系。结论该方法简单、灵敏、快速、回收率和重复性好,可以作为砂仁的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a GC method to determine the content of bornyl acetate in fruetus amomi, and to establish a quality control system for fructus amomi. Methods SUPELCOWAXTM - 10 (30 m ×0.25 mm ×0.25 μm) was used,with nitrogen as carrier gas,and FID as detector. Results The method had a good linearity and correlation coefficient in the range between 0.1972 - 1.1832 mg/ml. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, rapid, and had good recovery and reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of fructus amomi.
