摘要
目的为解决布洛芬缓释片经薄膜包衣后释放度的下降问题,对此产品的薄膜包衣工艺进行试验探讨及工艺改进。方法采用正交试验法对布洛芬缓释片的薄膜包衣工艺进行优化改进。结果经改进后的薄膜包衣工艺,对其释放度进行检测,释放度的下降得到了明显控制,确保了释放度符合规定要求,保证了产品质量。结论经优化改进的工艺完全可行。
Objective The release rate of , The release rate of Ibuprofen SR ( Sustained many sustained release tablets becomes slower than plain tablets after coating Release) tablets by coating decreased also so much to effect its quality. To solve problem of release falling of Ibuprofen SR Tablets by coating, the author has carried out exploring and improving for coating technology of Ibuprofen SR tablets. Method The coating technology of Ibuprofen SR Tablets was optimalized by the method of orthogonal experiment. Result acorrding to result of release rate testing, falling of release rate is obtained controlling after improving its coating technology, and the release rate conforms to its quality standard. Conclusion The optimalized technology is feasible and suitable for big production.
