摘要
高校师生关系是一种多因素、多型态、多维结构的关系体系。师生双方不仅具有知识、地位、层次上的差异性,而且存在情感和期待的互动以及评价标准冲突等特点。构建新型师生关系的四个基本途径是:更新教育观念,坚持教育民主;提升师生素质,践行道德规范;促进师生交往,倡导师生和谐;健全教育法制,规范师生行为。
College student-teacher relationship is a relation system of the multi-factor, multi-pattern, multidimensional structure. Both teachers and students not only have the differences in the knowledge, status, level, and there are characteristics of the interaction of the emotion and expect, as well as the conflict of the valuation criteria. The four basic approaches of constructing the new teacher-student relationship are to update the education concepts, adhere to the education democracy; enhance the quality of teachers and students, practicing the ethics; promote the teacher-student interaction, advocate the teacher-student harmonious; perfect the legal system of education, regulate the teacher-student behavior.
